Establishes a 14-member Legislative Commission to Review the State Seal of Alaska, tasked with evaluating the current seal and recommending changes to better reflect Alaska Native cultures and contemporary values

Commission membership includes 3 House members, 3 Senate members, the lieutenant governor, and representatives from the Alaska State Council on the Arts, Alaska Humanities Forum, Alaska Historical Society, University of Alaska, Rasmuson Foundation, First Alaskans Institute, and one public high school senior

Commission must submit recommendations and draft legislation to the legislature by May 14, 2027, with the report made publicly available on the legislature's website

Members appointed within 30 days of resolution's effective date; members serve without compensation but receive per diem and travel expenses

Commission expires May 14, 2027, with possible extension to June 30, 2027 if two-thirds of members vote an extension is necessary
