Amends Article II, Section 16 of the Alaska Constitution to establish a uniform two-thirds legislative majority requirement to override all gubernatorial vetoes

Eliminates the current three-fourths supermajority requirement that applies specifically to revenue and appropriation bills, making veto overrides easier for budget-related legislation

Maintains existing procedures requiring the legislature to meet immediately in joint session upon receiving a veto during regular session

Requires the proposed constitutional amendment to be placed before Alaska voters at the next general election for approval
