AK SJR3

Reduces the maximum length of regular legislative sessions from 120 consecutive calendar days to 90 consecutive calendar days

Allows a one-time extension of up to 10 consecutive calendar days, requiring a two-thirds vote of the membership of each house

Requires the proposed constitutional amendment to be placed before voters at the next general election

Amendment would first apply to the First Regular Session of the Thirty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature (beginning in 2027)
