Amends Alabama Code Section 32-9-21 to increase the maximum permissible length of standard motor buses from 40 feet to 45 feet on any state highway.

Establishes a new category of "articulated motor buses" defined as motor buses divided into joined sections with actuating mechanisms that reduce turning radius compared to non-articulated buses of equal length.

Permits articulated motor buses not exceeding 60 feet in length and 8.5 feet in width to operate on any state highway, exclusive of approved wind deflection devices and safety equipment.

Clarifies that detachable wind deflection devices approved by the State Department of Transportation and safety equipment are excluded from length and width limitations.

Effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
