• Requires the Attorney General to post searchable, electronic copies of written official opinions on the Internet.

• Mandates the Attorney General send electronic copies of opinions via e-mail to any public official who requests them and provides a working e-mail address on a timely basis.

• Removes the requirement to supply pamphlets to probate judges and county officers, replacing the paper distribution system entirely with electronic dissemination.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
