Appropriates $254,375 from the Education Trust Fund to Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for fiscal year ending September 30, 2011.

Funds are designated for support and maintenance of the institution's educational program.

Requires submission of an operations plan with goals and measurable performance indicators and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2008-2009 before funds are released.

Mandates quarterly reports to the Director of Finance comparing actual expenditures and accomplishments to planned amounts, plus an end-of-year performance report documenting work accomplished, services provided, and program effectiveness.

Act becomes effective October 1, 2010, and all required reports must be forwarded to the Joint Fiscal Committee.
