• Extends the corporate limits of Lake View municipality in Tuscaloosa County to include five specifically described parcels of land totaling approximately 69.23 acres.

• Parcel One contains the Lake View municipal complex; Parcel Two contains approximately 9.8 acres; Parcel Three contains approximately 49.56 acres; Parcels Four and Five contain approximately 1.9 and 4.47 acres respectively.

• Grants Lake View municipality the same exclusive jurisdiction and authority over the annexed territory as it currently exercises within its existing corporate limits.

• Requires a map of the annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa County and made available for public inspection.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or otherwise becoming law.
