Sheriff of Limestone County shall receive an annual salary equal to 85 percent of the annual salary of the highest paid 39th Judicial Circuit Court Judge, effective with the next term of office.

Sheriff is prohibited from personally financially benefiting from the food account used for feeding county and state prisoners.

All conflicting laws are repealed.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval or upon otherwise becoming law.
