Requires each municipality with a website to post all compiled municipal domestic violence statistics on its website.

Mandates posted statistics be updated at least every 30 days.

Specifies required data fields for posted statistics: victim and offender demographics (name, age, sex, race), relationship to offender, actual charge, offense date, case number, agency identifier, weapon used, and injury status.

Exempted from Amendment 621 requirements because the Legislative Fiscal Office determined the bill has an aggregate fiscal impact of less than $50,000 annually.

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following passage and Governor approval, or its otherwise becoming law.
