Amends Section 13A-6-68 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to increase penalties for indecent exposure convictions.

Establishes that a third or subsequent conviction of indecent exposure is a Class C felony, while first and second convictions remain Class A misdemeanors.

Defines indecent exposure as exposing genitals with intent to arouse or gratify sexual desire under circumstances likely to cause affront or alarm in public places or on private premises of another.

Excluded from Amendment 621 constitutional requirements because the bill defines a new crime or amends the definition of an existing crime.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
