Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Stevenson in Jackson County to annex additional territory along Alabama Highway 117.

Annexed territory includes all rights of way and road area along Alabama Highway 117, bounded on the north by the present corporate boundaries at or near U.S. 72 and on the south by a line perpendicular to the highway at the intersection of Jackson County Road 91.

A map showing the proposed annexation territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jackson County and is open to public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

The act became effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
