Establishes new boundary lines for the Town of Pike Road in Montgomery County, Alabama to include territory shown on an attached map marked in yellow.

De-annexes three specific parcels (09-06-23-02-000-002.000, 09-06-23-02-000-003.001, and 09-06-23-02-000-003.002) that were in dispute between Pike Road and the City of Montgomery.

Voids any other annexation or attempted annexation by Pike Road in Montgomery County that was subject to litigation between the two municipalities.

References a map filed in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Montgomery County for public inspection showing the new corporate limits.

Becomes effective only upon passage and approval by the Governor and enactment of companion legislation establishing Montgomery's boundaries and authorizing municipal sales and use tax sharing.
