Amends Section 2 of Act 2007-277 to expand solicitor's fee collection in Pickens County to all criminal cases where court costs are assessed, including cases where a defendant is adjudged guilty, bond is forfeited, penalty is imposed, or alias/capias warrants are issued.

Solicitor's fee applies whether or not a defendant is adjudged guilty in cases where court costs are assessed.

Solicitor's fee is collected in addition to and not in lieu of any other fees or costs.

Solicitor's fee cannot be waived or remitted unless all other costs and charges of court are also waived.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
