• The clerk of Brewton's municipal court may establish a pretrial diversion program to provide an alternative to prosecution for eligible offenders.

• Offenders must be at least 18 years old (16 for traffic), waive speedy trial rights, agree to program conditions, and provide written admission of responsibility.
