Elmore County Coroner receives an additional expense allowance of $450 per month, in addition to all other existing compensation and salary provided by law.

Expense allowance is payable in equal monthly payments from the county's general fund.

Beginning with the expiration of the incumbent coroner's term, the annual salary increases by $450 per month, payable from the county general fund, at which point the expense allowance provision becomes null and void.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
