Proposes a constitutional amendment to the Alabama Constitution defining the Stockton Landmark District in Baldwin County with specific geographic boundaries beginning at I-65 and running north to Little Halls Creek, following creeks to Tensaw Lake and Tensaw River, then back to I-65.

Prohibits annexation by local law of any property located within the Stockton Landmark District into any municipality.

Requires an election on the proposed amendment to be held in accordance with Amendment 555 and state election laws.

Election officials must assign a ballot number and present voters with a Yes/No choice on whether to adopt the amendment.
