Extends the corporate limits of the municipality of Lake View in Tuscaloosa County to include a 25-foot-wide strip of land containing approximately 26,662 square feet in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 20 South, Range 5 West.

The annexed territory is specifically bounded by detailed surveying coordinates, including portions along the north right-of-way line of Interstate 59.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Tuscaloosa County and is available for public inspection, in compliance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
