• Amends Section 34-24-160 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to modify licensure requirements for chiropractors.

• Requires applicants who commenced chiropractic education after January 1, 2012, to take either the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or the Miller Analogies Test and provide results to the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

• Maintains existing qualifications including good moral character, U.S. citizenship or legal presence, graduation from accredited chiropractic school, and bachelor's degree from accredited college or university (for applicants after January 1, 2010).

• Preserves existing application fee structure of $50-$150 as determined annually by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
