Commends Mrs. Belle Love Swinford of Munford, Alabama on her 93rd birthday on February 6, 2010.

Born February 6, 1917 in Lyerly, Georgia to James and Mattie Love; married James Aubrey Swinford on February 17, 1936 and had seven children, five still living.

At age 88, rode around Talladega Super Speedway at 165 miles per hour; sold ice and beads at the Speedway between 1994 and 2005; met Dale Earnhardt, Jr. at age 90.

Active member of Baptist Church and Talladega County community; hobbies include embroidery, quilting, yard work, and Red Hat Society membership; planning the Fifth Swinford Family Reunion in her 93rd year.

Alabama Legislature honors and commends Mrs. Swinford with best wishes for continuing health and happiness.
