Urges the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee of the United States Postal Service to recommend a commemorative stamp for the 2014 bicentennial of the Battle of Horseshoe Bend and Treaty of Fort Jackson.

Notes that on March 27, 1814, General Andrew Jackson's forces and Indian allies defeated the Red Stick Creek Indians at Horseshoe Bend near Alexander City, Alabama.

References the Treaty of Fort Jackson signed on August 9, 1814, which ended the Creek War and eliminated a British-backed threat to American expansion during the War of 1812.

Recognizes that Jackson's victories at Horseshoe Bend and later at New Orleans contributed to his popularity and eventual ascension to the Presidency.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to each member of the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee.
