Commends Mr. Hank Jones for his many years of dedicated service in education in Alabama.

Honors Jones on his retirement from the School Superintendents of Alabama (SSA) as Coordinator for the Mentor Program for New Superintendents, a position he held since 2004 following his tenure as Superintendent of Troy City Schools.

Recognizes his implementation of the SSA Executive Coaching and Training Institute, which trained 43 veteran superintendents as Executive Coaches and served more than 100 new superintendents since 2004.

Acknowledges Jones's coordination of Strategic Training Meetings during SSA Summer, Fall, and Legislative Conferences, as well as Executive Coaching and New Superintendent meetings throughout the state.
