Urges the Tuscaloosa County Commission, Tuscaloosa City Council, and Northport City Council to jointly conduct a feasibility study on purchasing the Black Warrior River toll bridge located on Black Warrior Parkway in Tuscaloosa County.

Proposes that if purchased by local governments, the current toll rate would remain in effect until the purchase price is paid, after which toll collection would cease.

Notes that citizens of Tuscaloosa County, Tuscaloosa, and Northport funded construction of a nearby interchange and should have the opportunity to use the bridge without additional toll fees.

Requests the local governments make recommendations on funding mechanisms for the purchase and determine the economic impact of county ownership on the community.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to the Tuscaloosa County Commission, Tuscaloosa City Council, and Northport City Council.
