Recognizes the 125th anniversary celebration of Leeds Lodge #446, Free and Accepted Masons of Alabama, on March 7, 2010.

Notes that Leeds Lodge #446 opened on March 4, 1885, under dispensation from the Grand Lodge of Alabama and received its charter on December 7, 1887, making it older than the City of Leeds itself.

Highlights that the Lodge has had 91 Worshipful Masters throughout its history, including mayors, police officers, city councilmen, and other civic leaders.

Recognizes the Lodge's community contributions including providing annual scholarships to Leeds High School students, distributing copies of the U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence to Leeds Elementary School 5th graders, sponsoring a local Boy Scout troop, and supporting youth sports teams.

Extends the Legislature's heartfelt gratitude to the Lodge members for their service to the community.
