Recognizes the 52nd Annual Debutante Ball and Presentation of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter, held in Huntsville, Alabama on February 26, 2010.

Commends the Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter, established in 1949, for its community service including providing more than 100,000 free books through the Reading is Fundamental program over 30 years to Huntsville City School students.

Celebrates 47 young ladies presented at the debutante event and recognizes their participation in a program designed to enrich cultural development and emphasize community service and civic engagement.

Notes that Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority encourages young women to participate in leadership training programs and maintains stringent criteria for continuing sorority tradition.

House adopted the resolution on February 18, 2010 and Senate adopted on February 25, 2010.
