• Commends Colleen Reilly, a student at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, for being named a Distinguished Finalist in the 2010 Prudential Spirit of Community Award Program.

• Recognizes Reilly's exemplary volunteer service with United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) and UCP's Camp Smile, where she provides care for children and adults with cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.
