AL HJR50

Extends the Lieutenant Governor's Commission on Public-Private Partnership Projects until the fifth legislative day of the 2011 Regular Session of the Alabama Legislature (originally scheduled to dissolve after the 2009 session).

Directs the commission to continue implementing recommendations from its original report to the Legislature on public-private partnership projects in other jurisdictions and their potential application in Alabama.

Authorizes the commission to conduct informational briefings by experienced public-private partnership experts to commission members and interested members of the Alabama Legislature.

House adopted January 19, 2010; Senate adopted April 6, 2010.
