Recognizes the 175th Anniversary of the City of Talladega, Alabama, to be celebrated March 25-28, 2010.

Acknowledges Talladega's incorporation on January 9, 1835, and its status as one of Alabama's most historic municipalities with contributions from Indian history to modern NASCAR racing.

Notes Talladega's home to Alabama's oldest continuously operating bank, oldest continuously operating courthouse, and Talladega College, the oldest historically African-American liberal arts college in the state.

Recognizes the four-day celebration will include a historical play written and directed by Talladega High School Drama Club members, concert performances by native Alabama musicians including Bo Bice and Ruben Studdard, and a parade honoring Talladega College's USCAA National Champion basketball teams.

Extends the Legislature's warm best wishes to all participants in the anniversary celebration.
