Congratulates Warrior Academy on winning the Alabama Independent School Association's (AISA) Class 1A State Basketball Championship on February 18, 2010, the second championship in school history.

Warrior Academy defeated Restoration Academy 75-62 in the championship game after losing to the same team in four previous matchups.

Team finished the season with a 17-9 record and defeated previously undefeated Cornerstone Christian Academy 51-42 in the semifinals.

Head Coach Barnes Heath led a roster that included three seniors (Major Burton, Ryan Parker, Darius Quinney) and nine other players including Corey Matthews, C.J. Brown, Kevin Isaac, Markell Gray, Davalon Gray, Kyandre Coleman, Justin Robinson, and Jarron Childers.

House adopted the resolution on March 25, 2010, and the Senate adopted it on April 6, 2010.
