Recognizes the Natural Resources Conservation Service on its 75th anniversary, marked on April 27, 2010.

Commemorates the creation of the Soil Erosion Service in 1933 under President Franklin D. Roosevelt to address Dust Bowl-era erosion, and the establishment of the Soil Conservation Service on April 27, 1935, as the first soil conservation act in any country's history.

Notes that Hugh Hammond Bennett, the "Father of Soil Conservation," served as the first director and that Alabama was the first state to be completely covered by Conservation Districts.

Highlights that 70 percent of U.S. land and 85 percent of Alabama land is privately owned, making private landowner stewardship critical to environmental health.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Dave White, Chief of the Natural Resources Conservation Service, recognizing 75 years of the conservation legacy "Helping People Help the Land."
