Designates the section of Alabama Highway 17 between Cox Creek Parkway and the Alabama-Tennessee state line in Lauderdale County as the Major David Blair Faulkner Memorial Highway.

Honors Major David Blair Faulkner, a Florence native who served as an Active Guard and Reserve T-38 Instructor Pilot for the 43rd Flying Training Squadron until his aircraft crashed on landing at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi.

Recognizes Major Faulkner's military honors including the Meritorious Service Medal, Aerial Achievement Medal, Air Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Air Education and Training Command Distinguished Graduate designation, and Commander's Trophy.

Directs proper officials to place and maintain markers designating the Major David Blair Faulkner Memorial Highway along the specified section of Highway 17.

Provides for a copy of the resolution to be presented as a memento of the honorary designation by the Alabama Legislature.
