Commends Corey Rilling of Brewton, Alabama, for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, the highest rank achievable in the organization.

Recognizes that Corey completed his Eagle Project at age 17 by constructing and mounting owl boxes at Burnt Corn Creek Park, and earned at least 21 Merit Badges as required.

Acknowledges Corey's achievements as an outstanding student-athlete at T. R. Miller High School who plays varsity football and baseball, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, and participated in a Wheelchair Mission Trip to Costa Rica.

Notes Corey is a member of Troop 42 of Brewton, sponsored by the First United Methodist Church, and has demonstrated trustworthiness, self-discipline, and good citizenship throughout the Scouting program.

House adopted the resolution on 26-JAN-10 and Senate adopted it on 17-FEB-10.
