Commends Representative W. F. "Frank" McDaniel for 20 years of distinguished legislative service since first being elected in 1990, representing House District 26 in DeKalb and Marshall Counties.

Recognizes McDaniel's active involvement through committee assignments in Commerce and County and Municipal Government, and his service as vice chair of the Southern Legislative Conference's Committee on Commerce and Economic Development.

Highlights McDaniel's community leadership including his selection as Albertville's Citizen of the Year, Paul Harris Fellow designation, and roles as Director and Cofounder of the Marshall County Corrections Program and member of Snead College Advisory Board.

Acknowledges his personal commitments as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Albertville, past president of the Albertville Rotary Club, and family man with wife Pat and two children.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Representative McDaniel as recognition of his outstanding record of service and invaluable contributions to the Alabama House of Representatives.
