Honors the life and death of Mrs. Frances Marks of Florence, who passed away at age 70.

Recognizes Mrs. Marks as a native and lifelong resident of Lauderdale County, graduate of Central High School and Freed Hardeman College, active member of Mars Hill Church of Christ, and lifetime member of the Master Gardeners.

Notes that Mrs. Marks is survived by her husband Sam of 50 years, two sons (Mark and Phillip), one brother, two sisters, six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

The House of Representatives extends deepest condolences to Mrs. Marks' family and honors her memory as someone who embraced life and inspired those around her.
