Commends Paul Anthony Dieffenthaller for his service as ExxonMobil's senior representative in Alabama and superintendent of the company's Mobile Bay operations since 2005.

Recognizes ExxonMobil's Mobile Bay natural gas production and processing facilities for generating hundreds of millions of dollars in state royalties and taxes supporting the Alabama Trust Fund, Forever Wild Land Trust Fund, Capital Improvement Trust Fund, Education Trust Fund Rainy Day Fund, County and Municipal Government Capital Improvement Fund, and State General Fund.

Acknowledges Dieffenthaller's advocacy efforts with the Mobile/Baldwin legislative delegation and state policymakers regarding ExxonMobil's economic importance to South Alabama and the state.

Commends ExxonMobil employees under Dieffenthaller's leadership for excellence in safety, corporate responsibility, environmental preservation, volunteer leadership, and contributions to educational programs and philanthropic causes.
