Honors Marlee Neel, an English teacher at Hueytown High School, for receiving the All American Teacher of the Year Award in 2010.

Recognizes Neel as one of 18 teachers nationwide selected for the award, which honors outstanding educators in mathematics, science, and English participating in the National Math and Science Initiative's Advanced Placement Training and Incentive Program.
