Celebrates the life of Ryan Lindsay Prince of Montgomery, who passed away on August 9, 2009, at age 24 with a congenital disability termed "Ryan Prince Syndrome" by his family.

Ryan was an active member of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church, participated in youth events, volunteered at the church welcome center, and assisted with youth missions and children's ministry activities.

Held a part-time job delivering mail at the Department of Mental Health central office from 2005 until his death, serving as the first employee of a pilot project hiring individuals with significant disabilities.

Attended Brewbaker Elementary School and Jefferson Davis High School, participating in all facets of student life.

Directs delivery of this resolution to Ryan's family with deepest gratitude and heartfelt condolences, recognizing his instrumental role with his family in advocating for Alabama's Early Intervention program and its inclusion in public schools.
