Urges the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee of the United States Postal Service to recommend a commemorative stamp for the 2014 bicentennial of the Battle of Horseshoe Bend (March 27, 1814) and Treaty of Fort Jackson (August 9, 1814).

Notes that General Andrew Jackson and United States forces with Indian allies defeated the Red Stick Creek Indians at Horseshoe Bend near Alexander City, Alabama, ending the Creek War.

States that Jackson's victory eliminated a British strategy to establish a "neutral" state to impede American expansion during the War of 1812.

Asserts that the battle and treaty meet the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee's criteria for commemoration, including being a 50-year anniversary of historical significance with broad national appeal.

Requires distribution of the resolution to each member of the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee.
