Commends Lieutenant Colonel Eumar Roberto Novacki for outstanding leadership and foresight.

Novacki holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with the Military Police of the State of Mato Grosso, Brazil, a position he has held since September 21, 2009.

Novacki serves as Secretary Chief of Staff of the Government of the State of Mato Grosso and has served in numerous progressively responsible positions with various honors and commendations.

Novacki was instrumental in sending Captain Alessandro Soares abroad to represent Mato Grosso and pursue his education, and Soares recently earned his Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Gadsden State Community College.

The Alabama House of Representatives extends its heartfelt good wishes for Novacki's future endeavors.
