Recognizes and commends the Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority for the 52nd Annual Debutante Ball and Presentation held in Huntsville, Alabama on February 26, 2010.

Notes the sorority's debutante training program enriches cultural development of young women with emphasis on community service and civic participation.

Acknowledges Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter's 30+ years of support to Huntsville City School students through the Reading is Fundamental program, providing over 100,000 free books since the chapter's inception in 1949.

Names 47 young women presented as debutantes during the 2010 event.
