Recognizes Johnson's 20 years of service as a school bus driver in the Montgomery City School System and her active involvement in Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

Notes Johnson was born February 24, 1930, and is the daughter of Eliza Dowe Garrison and Thomas Garrison; is married to Bennie Johnson, Sr., with six children (one deceased) and seven grandchildren.

Commends Johnson for earning widespread respect through her strength of character and exceptional abilities that have made her an inspiration to those who know her.
