Honors Dr. James Harper Larose, M.D., for 40 years of dedicated service to the Boy Scouts of America beginning as a volunteer in 1970

Recognizes Dr. Larose's professional achievements including ownership of Mulberry Diagnostic Imaging Center, former director of Nuclear Medicine at Emory University and Grady Memorial Hospital, author of 36 published articles and 8 medical textbook chapters

Acknowledges his receipt of over 30 awards for distinguished service and numerous Boy Scouts honors including the Silver Beaver Award, James E. West Fellow Award, BSA Heritage Society Award, and Bronze Pelican

Notes his current service as Executive Board Member of the Tukabatchee Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and 10-year tenure as Menewa District Chairman
