Commends Colleen Reilly, a student at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, for being named a Distinguished Finalist in the 2010 Prudential Spirit of Community Award Program.

Recognizes her volunteer service with United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) and UCP's Camp Smile, where she cares for children and adults with cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.

Acknowledges the award is presented by Prudential Financial in partnership with the National Association of Secondary School Principals to honor young volunteers demonstrating extraordinary commitment to their communities.

Extends the House of Representatives' congratulations and recognition of her outstanding volunteer service, peer leadership, and community spirit.
