Commends Lieutenant Clint Reck of the Muscle Shoals Police Department on his nomination for the America's Most Wanted All-Star Award.

Recognizes Lieutenant Reck's involvement with the Armor of God project, which began in April 2009 and provides donated bulletproof vests to small and rural law enforcement departments.

Notes that the Armor of God project has shipped nearly 800 vests accompanied by Christian literature to departments in the United States, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and the Philippines.

Public balloting for the America's Most Wanted All-Star Award concludes on April 16, 2010.

Extends the Alabama House of Representatives' sincere gratitude to Lieutenant Reck for his service to the people of Alabama and his fellow officers.
