Establishes a Consent Calendar to be considered on the 23rd legislative day, or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 22nd legislative day to file an objection to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, or debated, and may not be carried over.

Includes three bills on the Consent Calendar: HB600 (breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer programs), SB50 (Teacher's Retirement System participation), and SB255 (Attorney General official opinions distribution via e-mail and Internet).
