Commends Lieutenant Aline Regina Novacki, a First Lieutenant with the Military Fire Department of the State of Mato Grosso, Brazil, for her outstanding service and accomplishments.

Recognizes that since joining the Fire Department in 2004, Lieutenant Aline has mastered specialized rescue skills including Search and Rescue Operations in Forest Areas, Aerial Rescue, Aquatic Rescue, and Emergency Techniques.

Acknowledges her leadership in crucial positions supervising, planning, and leading rescue operations and teams within the Military Fire Department.

Notes that as the only female international student among seven women in her Emergency Medical Program (EMP) course, she exemplifies outstanding achievement and dedication.
