Commends Jack Presnall on being named Satsuma Citizen of the Year by the Alabama House of Representatives.

Presnall is a Satsuma High School graduate who served with distinction in the United States Marine Corps and has resided in Satsuma since his marriage in 1965.

Presnall is a member of Satsuma Community Development and the Satsuma Public Library Foundation.

Presnall conceived and led the Veterans Memorial project in 2001, working on logistics and fundraising until its completion and dedication on Memorial Day, 2009.
