Commends the Community Action Agency of Northwest Alabama, Inc., for its home weatherization efforts in Lauderdale, Colbert, and Franklin Counties.

The agency successfully weatherized 77 percent of homes awarded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act first phase as required by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs.

The agency led the State of Alabama in weatherization production through February 2010.
