Commends Wesley Fields Hart on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Hart is a member of Boy Scout Troop 76 of the Vestavia Hills Area Council and successfully progressed through all Scouting levels while fulfilling multiple leadership roles.

Earned at least 21 Merit Badges demonstrating mastery in various Scouting skills and completed an Eagle Project.

Recognized as an outstanding student who participates in extracurricular activities and has contributed countless volunteer hours to community and charitable causes.

Award will be presented to Hart in a Court of Honor ceremony on April 11, 2010.
