Commends the Birmingham Volleyball Club 13-1 Team for winning the 2010 April Fools Volleyball Championship in Nashville, Tennessee.

Team lost only one set during the entire tournament while defeating multiple Tennessee teams including Dynamite Volleyball Club, Maury Monarchs Volleyball Club, Bravo Black Volleyball Club, and two Alliance Volleyball Club teams.

Coaching staff included Head Coach Kerry Messersmith, Assistant Coach Savannah Pegg, and Assistant Coach Ashley Adams.

Team roster consisted of nine players: Emma Abele, Kendall Crumbaugh, Colee Harkins, and Julia Smith from Mountain Brook Junior High School; Essence Chandler from McAdory Middle School; Adriana Robinson and Ellie Gorman from Advent Day School; Lauren Palmer from Briarwood Christian School; and Lauren Simmons from Thompson Middle School.

House of Representatives honors the team and directs copies of the resolution be sent to each player and coach conveying congratulations and best wishes for future success.
