Commends the Coosa Valley Resource Conservation and Development Council for receiving the Natural Resource Conservation Service Earth Team Partnership Award, one of only 375 such awards given annually across the United States.

Recognizes the council's partnerships with over 35 organizations including FFA students, 4-H Clubs, County Agents, civic organizations, schools, churches, governmental agencies, and health agencies.

Acknowledges completion of 40 significant projects that improved quality of life in Coosa, Tallapoosa, Chambers, Randolph, Clay, Talladega, Cleburne, Calhoun, St. Clair, Etowah, and Cherokee Counties.

Honors the 1,155 volunteers who contributed 12,925 total volunteer hours to make the council's projects possible.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to the council staff and members for presentation and display.
